Villa Owners
Owners are reminded, again, that it is
your responsibility to see that the proper paperwork is submitted to
Polynesian Gardens when your villa is going to be occupied by a renter
or friend/family member. Because of security concerns, it is
important that the names of the occupants of your villa are on file at
Polynesian Gardens prior to their arrival. The forms for this
information are available on this web site on the Forms
page. Completed forms can be FAXED to 941-349-8338, EMAILED to PolynesianSiestaKey@gmail.com

If you are using a Rental Agency, it's
the Owner's responsibility to make sure the Agency sends in the proper
paperwork, complete and on time.

Water
Restrictions
Just a reminder that
although Siesta Key has had some very welcome rains lately, the
county
water restrictions are still in effect. Watering (irrigation)
Villas can only be once a week. Even numbered villas can water on
Thursdays, and odd numbered villa have their watering day on
Tuesdays. On both days property can be watered before 8:00 a.m.
and after 6:00 p.m.
Please make sure your irrigation systems timers are set to the correct
day and time.
